Ho un form con 2 campi input text il cui valore può essere variabile, quando questo ha una stringa in cui è presente un carattere con accento viene visualizzato come se non fosse impostato correttamente l'ENCODING. Di seguito il codice

I files interessati sono tutti e 2 ISO-8859-15 creati con notepad++. Vorrei impedire che vengano visualizzati caratteri inaspettati in sostituzione delle vocali con accento.
