problemi con win2k

salve ragazzi
ho dei problemi, stranamente, con Alice Mega .
allora ho montato la mia alice mega su windows millenium
e funziona tutto discretamente
ho fatto dei test e riuscivo a scaricare a 140ks.
dopo di chè ho deciso di intallare win2k sp2 ... e lo stesso sito mi scarica costantemente a 89ks (in winme oscillava dai 130 a 140)
sembra che sia limitato a 89ks
Ho riprovato su Millenium e scaricava di nuovo a 120/140Ks
cosa potrebbe essere ???
ho provato i veri test etc.. anche con dei Internet Booster ma NADA

cmq da quanto mi ricordo era sui 17000 e rotti
mentre su winme è 65000 e rotti

Allora il tuo problema è quello. RWIN troppo basso.
