Salve ho installato il Visual Studio .net 2003 e appena creo una nuova WebForm mi viene restituito questo errore:

The class file 'WebForm.aspx.vb' specified as the codebehind for 'WebForm.aspx' could not be loaded.Make sure that the codebehind attribute in the page or control directive properly references an existing code behind file.

e non mi fa vedere la finestra progettazione del progetto (quella grafica per capirci).Che succede?
