Menu con CSS e FRAME ( ci va sotto) come risovlere?[Rapido]

Ho una pagina con 2 frame...Uno lo usero come contenitore per il menu l'altro per i contenuti...

Se lo metto in sta pagina con i frame vanno sotto la pagina contenuti...
Come risolvere?

PEr favore veloci...Sono a scuola e tra poco mi finisce l'ora...

il menu' dropdown dentro ad un frame? mi spiace, non si puo'

Ho assolutamente bisogno di un menu simile...e anche bisogno dei frame...
Che posso fare?Hai qualche script o consiglio da darmi?
