Apache che è venuto installato con EasyPhp può andare??

Ho provato a seguire le indicazioni ma ritorna

ti dico come è organizzata la directory

D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\
D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\cgi-bin\
D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\cgi-bin\www
D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\cgi-bin\www\Home2

Io imposto la directory root come
D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\

per far si' che possa accedere ai cgi con
http://localhost/cgi-bin/

solo che sa lancio
http://localhost/
mi richiama
D:\Programmi\EasyPHP1-7\cgi-bin\www\Home2



Non ci sto capendo nulla

Solo che non ho i permessi per la directory cgi-bin
come li cambio???
