Ci sono dei programmi che ti consentono di fare quello che chiedi.

Uno che ho provato è NetTransport che funziona su
Win95 / Win98 / Win98SE / WinME / WinNT4 / Win2000 / WinXP / Win2003

Purtroppo da me (non so se dipende dal mio provider) il sito risulta esere moltoooo lento.

Ho visto che non funziona, evidentemente hanno aggiornato i server con qualche nuova versione di RealServer.

Con questo tool (non freeware) sono riuscito a scaricarlo

tieni presente che, chi amministra il server può anche disabilitare i permessi di registrazione
ma in questo caso sono abilitati
