Uso Ubuntu Hoary e vorrei installare Openoffice 1.1.4 prendendolo dai repository di Breezy, ma senza fare dist-upgrade.
Come devo editare il file /etc/apt/sources.list?

Uso Ubuntu Hoary e vorrei installare Openoffice 1.1.4 prendendolo dai repository di Breezy, ma senza fare dist-upgrade.

la cosa piu semplice e mettere breezy nel sources.list dai un apt-get update ed installare solo i file di openoffice poi na volta installati ricambi il sources.list e rifai un update
Sono un po' incapace![]()
Mi indichi una guida alla configurazione di apt, per favore?
Non so la differenza tra deb e deb-src
Ho tentato di sostiuire "breezy" a "hoary" in sources.list, però synaptic continuava a mostrare i pacchetti di OOo 1.1.3

basta mettere la parola breezy ove è scritto hoary poi dare apt-get update o aggiornare le liste da synaptic
se mi incolli il sources.list ti dico come metterlo

rinomina provvisoriamnete il sources.list
po fanne uno nuovo con scritto semplicemente
deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ breezy multiverse universe main restricted
deb-src http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu breezy multiverse
poi fai l'update update
installi da synaptic i file di openoffice poi reinverti i sources.list
