errore nella transazione

Salve ragazzi ho un problema con una transazione

questo e' il codice:

L' inserimento nel db lo fa, ma se commento l' On Error Resume Next
mi da questo errore:

ADODB.Recordset error '800a0e78'
Operation is not allowed when the object is closed.
