installazione phpmyadmin 2.8.1

Ciao a tutti, era da un po che nn scaricavo più phpmyadmin ed ora con questa nuova versione sto trovando notevoli problemi....

ho creato come da richiesta la cartella config ed al suo interno c'è il file config.inc.php da lui regolarmente compilato e scritto:

Tutte le volte che richiamo phpmyadmin mi viene detto:

#1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Dato che i dati e la pwd inseriti sono corretti qlc di voi è in grado di dirmi dove sto capperando che con il pannello di config nn ci capisco nulla???

se accedi come root è probabile che la password non sia necessaria e tu dici di averla messa: controllato se accedi anche senza?

tolta la pwd ma nn funziona lo stesso.. ma voi avete una configurazione come la mia ed il tutto funziona??? a utilizzo mysql 5.0.16-nt

mi sembra che nella dir scritps di phpmyadmin c'è un file config di esempio. Usa quello e metti lì i dati. Normalmente, sai che per accedere a mysql usi come user=root e nessuna password; se usi il file di instalalzione durante l'instalalzioen guidata appunto puoi scegleire username e password!

nn trovo nulla nella mia distribuzione.. nessuno di voi lo usa in locale e mi può postare il suo file di configurazione??? così faccio copia e incollo e vedo che succede??

questo è il mio localhost (Apache 2.2.2, PHP 5.1.4, MySQL 5.022, Filezilla Server 0.9.18a)..come vedi nell'utlima riga c'è la password dell'utente root impostata durante l'installazioned el file EXE

in \libraries trovi il file config.default.php

fanne una copia in config.inc.php e modificalo con i tuoi dati.

allora ho ricopiato il file che mi ha detto piero.mac ho sostituito i valori ma permane l'errore... [OT ] che palle ma è ben diventato complicato??[/OT].

Che file .exe??? io ho scaricato lo zip e l'ho scompattato in una cartella...
